BSc (Hons) MBa FAusIMM

Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Mineral Technology (1976) and an MBA (1994) from the University of Otago, New Zealand. He is a member of the Institute of Directors (NZ), and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Outside RSC, Chris is the CEO of Straterra Inc., a member-based organisation established to provide high level representation and advocacy for the resource sector in New Zealand. Chris is also the Chairman of MinEx — the New Zealand Mineral Industry Health and Safety Council.

His experience spans 40+ years in mining and energy in Australia and New Zealand, in executive and governance roles and across many commodities.
