On the remote Russian-Mongolian border and north of the capital of Ulaanbaatar, this mining/exploration project involved an alluvial gold production site with surrounding exploration tenements. 

RSC deployed an exploration team of five consulting geologists and supporting geo technicians on the ground who ran the exploration programme, managed site logistics to facilitate alluvial production and put in place operating logistics that allowed access for the long and extremely cold winter months.
